  Disappointed with lack of results and aftercare I came to this clinic with high hopes, especially given the positive reviews and professionalism I expected. While I appreciated the discounted rate and... read more the polite manner during treatments, I’m unfortunately very disappointed with the overall outcome and post-treatment care. After undergoing two sessions of polynucleotides and seeing no visible improvement whatsoever, I had hoped for at least a reassessment or some form of follow-up support. In my previous experiences with aesthetic practitioners (including doctors abroad), a lack of results was taken seriously — often followed by a review and, where appropriate, an alternative solution or additional support was offered. That level of care makes a huge difference. Sadly, that was not the case here. When I raised my concerns, I felt they were quickly dismissed, and I was simply advised to find another practitioner. No effort was made to discuss alternatives or even acknowledge how discouraging it is to invest time and money (£376) with no progress and no plan. While I understand that aesthetic treatments don’t guarantee the same outcome for everyone, I do believe that how a practitioner responds when things don’t go as expected is just as important as when they do. Unfortunately, that responsiveness and care were missing in my case.

  I was recommended to Holly when telling someone about loosing my eyebrows. I always wanted to have them micro bladed but was very nervous, all the ones I had seen... read more were too dark & way too thick, she told me she had hers done by Holly, I was shocked as I thought they were her own.
